Ross has a professional acting career of over twenty eight years and has worked in the corporate roleplay field since 2005. Prior to training at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, he has held roles in industry having worked for Amoco, Rover and Jaguar. He is extensively experienced in corporate roleplay and forum theatre, he worked on assignments throughout the UK, Europe, US, South America and the Far East. He has extensive Leadership development experience working with senior management teams from a wide range of sectors. Ross also possesses a wide experience working with emerging leaders at Judge Business School and London Business School International MBA programmes.
Alun has been a professional roleplayer and facilitator since 2002 and has performed Forum Theatre, bespoke roleplay and sales simulations (‘missions’) for industries such as Banking, Pharmaceuticals, the Railway, Commercial Property, Automotive, Construction and many others. This work has taken him to Asia, the US, Brazil, North Africa and many parts of Europe. Prior to becoming a professional actor in 2001, Alun enjoyed a successful sales and sales management career spanning sixteen years, working in reprographics, toys, corporate hospitality and display advertising. He also wrote, directed and performed ‘Salesbears!’ – an acclaimed spoof of excessive telesales practices – at the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe.
